Tech & Tinker

Team 1389 is excited to host two mornings of fun and engaging STEM activities for youths in 3rd through 5th grade!

From launching creations into the air with bottle rockets, to learning about hydraulics and stored energy, participants will be led by our team members through several hands-on learning activities.

We will also demo our FRC robot from last year, talking with participants about what goes into making a robot of that caliber. Kids will see the robot in action and even get the opportunity to drive it themselves!

Nut-safe snacks will be served to participants.

Registration is capped at 20 participants per day. Participant to counselor ratio is 2:1.
