Mentors support and help guide the team with their knowledge and expertise, be it technical or nontechnical.. Mentors come from a variety of backgrounds and provide subject matter expertise on an as needed basis, assisting the team on topics such as programming, building skills, and fundraising. They work with team members to build their problem-solving skills and continuously foster the FIRST core value of Gracious Professionalism in their work.
